The decision

Seeking help outside the United States should not mean moving forward without certainty.

Before traveling, families need to understand who will receive the patient, how transportation is coordinated, which documents are required, how communication will work, and which services are part of treatment.

01We listen to your case

We learn about the current situation and the family’s clinical and logistical needs.

02We explain the options

Length of stay, services, and admission recommendations depend on an individual assessment.

03We coordinate the process

Once a case is accepted, transportation and admission are arranged based on availability.

First step

Find out whether the case can be assessed before arranging travel.

Why consider Mexico

More than a difference in cost.

For some families, Mexico can offer a different balance of residential care, length of stay, support, and budget. The decision should be based on a complete assessment, not solely on price.

01

Structured residential care

An environment away from everyday routines can make it easier to participate in an organized program with defined schedules and follow-up.

02

Supported international planning

Families receive guidance about arrival, documentation, transportation, companions, and preparation for admission.

03

An alternative to certain private centers

Costs may be more accessible than some private options in the United States, depending on the length of stay and required services.

04

Communication with the family

WhatsApp contact and family updates are coordinated according to the program’s rules and stages.

Costs, transportation, communication frequency, and length of stay are confirmed during assessment. Specific outcomes are not promised; each person responds to treatment differently.

International admissions

Five stages, explained before you travel.

The goal is to reduce uncertainty and prevent families from having to coordinate a clinical and logistical process in another country on their own.

01

Initial conversation

An admissions advisor listens to the case, identifies immediate needs, and explains how the process works.

02

Admission assessment

Relevant clinical information is reviewed to determine whether the facility can care for the patient.

03

Program and costs

The family receives information about the recommended program, what is included, and any additional charges.

04

Travel coordination

The arrival point, who will meet the patient, and transportation options are defined.

05

Admission and communication

Admission is completed, assessments are performed, and family communication channels are explained.

Clinical specialties

Conditions we treat.

We provide comprehensive care for behavioral concerns and emotional disorders through a plan based on each person’s medical and therapeutic assessment.

01

Habit dysregulation

Repetitive patterns that may create physical or emotional dependence and affect personal, family, and work responsibilities.

02

Severe dependence

A condition that alters usual behavior and may progressively harm physical health, relationships, and everyday functioning.

03

Dependence on external substances or activities

Dysregulated or excessive use of outside substances or activities intended to alter mood without a therapeutic or clinical purpose.

04

Impulsivity and risk

Compulsive patterns that interfere with basic needs, responsibilities, financial stability, or personal safety.

05

Compulsive behavioral disorders

Everyday behaviors that are difficult to control, such as excessive spending, overeating, or digital avoidance, and require specialized assessment and intervention.

Having a condition does not guarantee admission. Diagnosis, level of care, length of stay, and treatment plan are determined after an individual assessment. If there is an immediate risk of self-harm, overdose, or danger to life, contact your local emergency services.
